The Sphere Call
Your old coworker. Hasn't heard from you in a year. Happy you called — and her sister-in-law wants to downsize, if you ask.
RepRoom is the practice room for the conversations that pay you. Talk out loud with lifelike buyers, sellers and agents who push back like real people — then a coach scores you and tells you exactly what to say next time.
No script to memorize. No partner to schedule. Five minutes, out loud, on your phone or laptop.
Since the settlement, every buyer's agent has to sit across from a stranger and explain why they should sign an agreement and pay a fee. Most agents have never rehearsed it once. The ones who have, win.
Median gross income for agents with two years' experience or less in 2025. The first conversations decide whether there's a third year.
Average win-rate improvement after six weeks of voice roleplay on ElevenLabs Agents, reported by Eagr.ai across its sales-team clients.
Realtors in the U.S., in teams and brokerages that recruit constantly and train rarely. Practice is the cheapest retention tool nobody sells.
Every scene opens with a one-minute brief: who's across the table, what they say they want, what they actually want, and what "winning" looks like. Choose your level: Guided, Warm, Standard or Hard.
A real voice picks up. Diane interrupts you. Rick gives you ten minutes. Carol sighs and almost hangs up. They react to what you actually say — not to a script — for five to eight minutes.
Coach reviews the transcript, scores you on five dimensions, quotes the moment that decided it, and gives you the exact line to say next time. Then you run it again, one level harder.
Friendly people, low stakes, real skills. Telling your sphere what you do. Greeting a stranger at an open house. Calling back the lead who clicked at midnight. Run each one on Guided first — the character helps you along if you stall — then on Warm, where they raise one honest objection.

Your old coworker. Hasn't heard from you in a year. Happy you called — and her sister-in-law wants to downsize, if you ask.

Wandered in from the sidewalk. Renting nearby, lease up in five months, no agent, no lender. 'Just looking.'

Filled out a form at 11:40 last night. Six months out, baby on the way, hasn't talked to a lender. Curious, not ready.

Pre-approved, referred by a friend, relocating in seven weeks. Has a spreadsheet. His wife makes the actual decision.

Just walked out of the second house of the day. Loved it. Says she wants to think about it. Her partner hasn't seen it.

Your neighbor, at a cookout, beer in hand. Just found out you're an agent. His mom's house has sat empty since June.

Closed nine days ago. Thrilled. Her coworker started looking last week — and she won't think to mention it unless you ask.
Each character has a life, a hidden motivation, and a list of objections they'll raise in the order a real person would. They warm up when you earn it. They cool off when you lecture.

First-time buyer. Ghosted by his last agent. His brother-in-law says he doesn't need to sign anything. Why would he?

Retired principal, interviewing three agents. She wants $739k. The comps say $695k. She's testing whether you'll tell her the truth.

Sales director. Negotiates for a living. Has a 1% quote in his pocket and ten minutes in his car. "So sell me."

120 days, two price drops, one bad agent. Eleven calls this week. You're number twelve. You have twenty seconds.

Contractor. Built the deck, the kitchen, and the sign. Three weeks in, no offers, and four agents who told him FSBOs don't work.

Your seller. One showing last week. He thinks it's the photos. You told him $549k was "aggressive but doable." He remembers.

The listing agent on the other side. Three offers due at eight. Fair, fast, and she won't tell you the numbers — but she'll tell you what her seller wants if you ask right.
Land-broker and CRE packs are in the studio. Brokerages can add their own scenarios and scripts.
Talk to usCoach listens to the whole conversation, scores five things that actually predict whether you get paid, and quotes the moment that decided it — with the words a top producer would have used there.
Give every new agent fifty conversations before their first real one. Roll out the buyer-agreement conversation office-wide in a week. See who's ready for a listing appointment before you send them to one.

Yes. You speak, they speak. The characters run on ElevenLabs Agents — the same real-time voice technology used in production phone systems — so they interrupt, pause, sigh, and respond to what you actually said. Headphones help. A quiet room helps more.
When you end the scene, Coach reads the full transcript and scores five dimensions on a 1–10 scale calibrated so that 5 is an average working agent and 8+ is rare. Every improvement comes with the exact words to use. It's honest on purpose: a conversation that never asks for a next step can't score above 4 on Close.

Office and brokerage plans include custom scenarios built from your scripts, your objections and your market. Land and commercial packs are next in the studio.
Only you and Coach. Sessions are processed to generate your scorecard. On team plans, your team lead sees scores and coaching notes, not audio, unless you share it. Characters are fictional; any resemblance to your actual sellers is because your sellers are like this too.
